Spice launches Smart Flo Poise budget Android smartphone for Rs 5,499

Yet another budget Android

Adding to the brigade of sub-Rs 10,000 Android smartphones in the Indian market, Spice has just launched its entry-level offering, the Smart Flo Poise. It is a dual-SIM (GSM + GSM) smartphone priced at Rs 6,499. It will be available via online retailers at a market operating price of Rs 5,499 .



Sporting a 4.5-inch display with 480 x 854 pixels of resolution, the Smart Flo Poise is powered by a 1.3GHz dual-core processor (chipset not mentioned) coupled with 512MB of RAM. It runs on Android 4.2 Jelly Bean OS, and also comes with support for dual standby.



On the camera front, the Smart Flo Poise gets a 3.2-megapixel rear snapper with LED flash and a 1.3-megapixel front-facing camera. Like most budget phones, it includes 4GB onboard storage that is expandable up to 32GB via microSD card slot. The connectivity options include Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, A-GPS, GPRS and EDGE. The smartphones doesn’t support 3G and packs in a 1450mAh battery.
